Cell phones have come of luxury age. They are not status symbol any more or you don’t need to be rich enough to afford one. Thanks to the Government Assisted Reachout Wireless program which provides subsidized cell phones to welfare recipients. In order to participate in REACHOUT WIRELESS you must meet certain eligibility requirements.
